PTMS Training Options

To maximize your return on investment in PTMS property tax software, TCI offers a variety of training courses to provide you with the knowledge and skills required to successfully manage your property tax compliance processes and satisfy your internal reporting requirements. Our training courses allow you to work with your own company data, whenever possible, to provide a realistic training experience.

TCI offers the following training options:

• PTMS Basics - PTMS Basics courses provide you with a clear understanding of the fundamentals of PTMS. TCI offers several variations of the PTMS Basics training course, providing you the flexibility to customize your learning experience. TCI clients may register for sessions using an on-line form.
• PTMS Advanced - PTMS Advanced moves beyond basic compliance tasks and provides you with the knowledge and skills to master the entire PTMS system. Only property tax professionals who have previously acquired a firm understanding of PTMS fundamentals should participate in this course. TCI clients may register for sessions using an on-line form.
• PTMS Webinars - These live, 30-60 minute Web seminars are designed to focus on a single topic to broaden the user's knowledge and understanding. New and experienced users will benefit from participation. However, please note that PTMS Webinars are not substitutes for PTMS Basics training. • PTMS Training On-Demand - Trainings On-Demand are 30-60 minute tutorials designed to broaden the user's knowledge and understanding of a specific PTMS topic. Both new and experienced users will benefit from viewing Training On-Demand. They are pre-recorded so you can view them at your convenience. Please note that Training On-Demand tutorials are not substitutes for PTMS Basics training.
