PTMS Basics is designed to give property tax professionals a clear understanding of how to use PTMS. The length and scope of your PTMS Basics Training session is dictated by your training goals and planned use of PTMS. Our standard personal property training session is conducted over three days. If you plan to use PTMS for real property, or for centrally assessed and/or distributed assets (CADA) in addition to your personal property, then a fourth day of training will be necessary. For clients who need training exclusively in the use of PTMS for their real property, a two-day training session is recommended. |
